Rollaas coffee
Both Rolas Arabica Coffee and Rolas Robusta Coffee are 100% made from coffee beans produced at the plantation PTPN XII (Persekutuan Terbatas Perkebunan Nusantara: state owned enterprise number 12.
Strawberries
All strawberry products are local and hand made. The strawberries and its products are distributed as far as Bali. You can do a small tour at the Ijen Plateau to see the strawberries and its products.
Oranges
As the Ijen Plateau is an area in between volcanoes, it's soil is fertile and its landscape stunning. The management of the plantation is in a constant process of learning to manage the area to grow both economically and ecologically.
Luwak coffee or civet coffee - East Java
Around 80 animals luwak - better known as civet - are kept at the plantations at the Ijen Plateau. They are responsible for the production of luwak coffee. Coffee luwak is the most expensive coffee in the world.
Macademia nuts
Macadamia nuts are the seeds of the fruit macadamia. The macadamia is the hardest nut to crack in the world. There is a pressure of over two hundred pounds per square inch needed to crack this nut.
